They may be able to help you to get therapy from a psychologist or therapist so that you can deal with your emotions and stress triggers.
  7. Evaluate your environment in the workplace. There are many work places that aren’t healthy, no matter how you may try to adapt. If this is the case, then you should start looking for another job as soon as you can so that you can find a better work environment.
