The Byrdes are drawn deeper into the workings of the brutal Navarro Cartel in season 4, with the syndicate’s head asking them to work out an immunity deal for him.
Omar Navarro takes a back seat in the hopes of obtaining a clean chit, but his crazed nephew Javi shows up.
If the Byrdes thought they had troubles before, Javi is the last thing they need.
Javi is rash and ambitious, and he kills off some of the show’s long-running characters with shocking suddenness.
Javi rightfully feels invincible as the new ruler of a worldwide drug gang, especially with the FBI on his side.
It’s only that he may have underestimated the criminals in the area, particularly an irritable curly-haired Langmore.
The conclusive ‘Ozark‘ season 4 part 2 will have some horrible deaths. Is Javi’s inclusion on the list a particular conclusion?
Let’s have a look at what we’ve got.

Is Javi Going to Die in Season 4 Part 2 of Ozark?
Javi Elizonndro (Alfonso Herrera), the son of Omar Navarro’s sister, appears to be the heir apparent to the Navarro Cartel.
Anyone with even the faintest sense of self-preservation will be unable to touch him as a result.
The cartel, on the other hand, has a golden rule: no killing of American law enforcement officers, especially on American soil.
Surprisingly, Javi’s first murder in the Ozarks is that of the unsuspecting town Sheriff John Nix. Navarro is taken aback by his nephew’s lack of judgement, but Javi is uncontrollable.
Navarro eventually admits that he worries Javi and anticipates a dramatic power grab from the ambitious kid.
When Javi is summoned by the FBI and given a contract in which he gets the bureau’s help in exchange for cartel intelligence, his already inflated ego is bolstered even more.
In fact, the drug lord goes to the home of Darlene Snell, a rival heroin maker, and murders her and her young husband, Wyatt.
This brings us to Ruth Langmore, the first and most blatant threat to Javi’s life.
If Javi is going to die in Part 2, Wyatt’s cousin has the perfect combination of guts, motivation, and nothing-to-lose rage to pull it off.
Ruth drives a shotgun to Javi at the end of Season 4 Part 1. She then pulls over to the side of the road, indicating that she is unlikely to meet the cartel head alone (which would be pointless and suicidal).

Ruth, on the other hand, has a strong strategy — remember her dock wire trap from season one? — and a real chance of killing Javi. It certainly doesn’t hurt that almost every show’s fan is pulling for her.
Next, a Javi ending that more closely resembles the bleak tone of ‘Ozark’ would see Wendy further corrupted by power.

Marty’s wife has (indirectly) committed several heinous killings as a result of her meteoric rise in ruthlessness when it comes to dealing with hurdles.
Javi is a significant enough liability for the Byrdes to attract Wendy Byrde’s deadly attention.
Of course, if this occurs, she will not perform the crime personally but devise a strategy. The mother is the most likely to kill Javi in the Byrde family.
Javi is genuinely in a lot of trouble, despite his seeming “protection.” His uncle, unbeknownst to him, had prepared to hand him up to the FBI as part of the plea deal.
Even now, the FBI has a tape of Javi admitting to setting off an explosive that killed three federal officials – a felony serious enough to land him in an American prison for the rest of his life.

However, instead of arresting Javi outright, his self-serving FBI handlers may exploit him to extract intel over a long period of time.
In other words, there’s a chance that instead of dying, Javi will end up in prison in ‘Ozark’ season 4, part 2.
However, given the destruction that Navarro’s crazed nephew has wreaked on the storyline, the relatively light prison sentence does not seem appropriate.
Javi’s death will very certainly be dramatic, and if Ruth or Wendy aren’t the ones to do it, his cunning uncle, Omar Navarro, may be the one to do it.
Navarro is currently detained, and his only way out may be to accept the FBI’s offer of becoming an informant.
He’ll have to move his nephew out of the way in order to do so. Navarro, the crafty former cartel head, is the only one who can easily kill Javi, and he could just do everyone a big favour by killing his nephew.
