Power Book III: Raising Kanan – Is Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert) Dead? Is He Leaving the Show?

Is Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert) Dead

Is Scrappy Dead? Did Ade Chike Torbert Leave Power Book III: Raising Kanan? – Raq finds the second season of Power Book III: Raising Kanan uncomfortable because her bond with Kanan has weakened over time.

Sascha Penn is the show’s creator; it takes place in South Jamaica, Queens, in 1991. The show centres on Kannan Stark, a dealer, and tells the story of Kanan Stark’s early years as he enters the drug trade.

One of the most significant supporting figures in Starz’s Power Book III: Raising Kanan,” the prequel and spin-off of “Power,” is Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert). Scrappy seems to have been Raq’s crew’s most dependable member for most of the series. Raq sends Scrappy to pick up Kanan and steer him clear of the traps the cops have set up after Kanan shoots Howard and Marvin arrives late in the season 1 finale. Scrappy believes he was passed over in favour of characters from their recent enemies in the second season. Raq decides to deal with him long-term after finding that he might be a C.I.

Is Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert) Dead or Alive?

I’m sorry to say that Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert) is dead. He was already dead when Howard spotted him at the precinct in the season two opener. Raq speaks to her brothers after Howard tells her about it when they later cross paths. Lou Lou and Marvin disagree that Scrappy, of all individuals, could be an agent of the C.I., but Marvin agrees to look into the situation.

He visits Scrappy and inquires about his activities the night before. As Scrappy is unaware that Marvin is aware that the police detained him, he makes up the story that he was assisting his cousin in hanging a picture. Marvin finds the aforementioned cousin and learns that she cannot confirm the claim. When he runs into his siblings, he shares what he has discovered. Raq decides to intervene alone because Lou Lou still doesn’t want to kill Scrappy.

The Tomas siblings know that Scrappy is upset with them for passing him over and enlisting their former adversaries. Marvin entices him to an abandoned structure by promising him a new location to sell his drugs. Raq shoots him in the head as he is rejoicing and declaring that he will be a great earner. Scrappy is likely dead.

Raq has probably underestimated the impact of Scrappy’s death. She and Lou Lou had been fighting for a time now. After this, it’s sure to gain attention. Moreover, their connection will undoubtedly change once Kanan discovers and realizes that his mother is responsible for Scrappy’s death.

Did Scrappy (Ade Chike Torbert) Leave Power Book III?

Ade Chike Torbert did indeed leave “Power Book III: Raising Kanan,” as he made his final appearance in “Mind Your Business,” the second episode of season 2. None of the key characters are killed off in the show’s first season. Despite being shot, Howard eventually makes a full recovery. That won’t be the case with Scrappy, whom Raq shoots in the head. The audience members’ favourite character has always been Scrappy. Following the episode’s airing, viewers contacted Torbert on social media to express their regret over his absence from the show.
