Who Is Bonnie Contreras?
When Bonnie Contreras entered the picture, Bill and Bonnie had been married for several years. The young ex-exotic dancer met Bill at a spinach festival in 2010, and the two got along immediately. “I loved this man with everything I have. I still do. I wanted to have a family with him. My plans were to get married, to have a home, and to live the rest of my life with this man,” Bonnie stated. Still, I do. I want a family together with him.
That seemed to be the case, at least in the beginning. Bill purchased her two cars, paid her rent, and even covered the cost of her cosmetic procedure. However, it appeared by September 2013 that Bill had stopped being interested in her and was ignoring her.
Bonnie then threatened to notify Frances about the relationship and even called the family’s house. As the two women exchanged more texts, Bonnie remarked, “I was just defending myself. I never once threatened her, either.” Bill slept at Bonnie’s house the night before the incident. I never once threatened that woman. She said they would pick up his motorcycle from a storage facility the next day. On October 10, 2013, Bill rode a bike while Bonnie was driving. They were traveling along the road. By chance, Frances happened to be going home when she saw them.
Frances then decided to speak with Bonnie. Bonnie allegedly said that Frances continued to crash into her after pulling up behind her, causing her to veer into oncoming traffic. Bonnie claims that Bill eventually found himself wedged between the two vehicles. She then asserted that Frances struck Bill and kept after her as he veered off the road. While neither of them dialed 911, Bonnie claimed that Frances pursued her fiercely until they came to a stop near the scene of Bill’s accident. But Frances offered a very different account of what had happened that day.
Even though Bill Hall Jr. married Frances, his childhood sweetheart, his life was filled with fast cars and many women. Bill admitted that he had several indiscretions while he was married to his best friend and cousin Hank Hall over the years. He added that although Frances was aware of most of them, she eventually forgave him.

According to Hank, Bill appreciated attention from younger ladies even if he loves his wife:
“Bill adored Frances. Bill loved Frances so much that it was unbelievable. But what happened is – and — and tell me if I’m wrong or right. When … you cheated in the past and she stuck with you, right, it kinda makes it seem like it’s OK, right? … So if he gets caught again, you know, he might getting another pass.“
The pair reportedly dated for around three years before getting married. Bonnie also claimed that Bill had convinced her that he was divorcing his wife and that she was aware of his marital status, which included having kids and grandchildren.
Bill Hall Jr. regarded Bonnie Contreras as his true love in many ways. He assisted her in maintaining an opulent lifestyle by giving her money, paying her rent, buying her two luxury vehicles—a Mercedes and a BMW—and paying for her breast augmentation procedure.
Bill Hall’s pals claim that by 2013, however, he had ceased caring for Bonnie and was constantly looking for ways to avoid her.
Leigh Cutter, an attorney, described this, “He was excited by her in the beginning. You know, she was an attractive … younger woman that, you know, wanted to do everything she could to be the center of his attention.”
At that point, Contreras decided to confront Bill and even tell his wife, Frances, about the affair.
Cutter continued, “She kept calling Bill and Bill would decline her calls. And all the while, Bonnie’s texting Bill, saying, ‘I’m gonna tell your wife. I’m gonna tell her about us,’ and ultimately calls Frances.”
He further added, “After she makes the call … she … really takes it up a notch and she starts going to Frances and Bill’s house. She’ll take pictures of the outside of the house and then she’ll text it to Bill. And then she’ll text it to the wife and say, you know, ugly, ugly nasty things to the wife.”
Where is Bonnie Contreras Now?
In 2016, Bonnie testified during Frances’ trial, although the prosecution later admitted that the evidence didn’t support her claims. In the end, Frances was found guilty of both murder and assault but was given the least severe punishment.
Finally, Bonnie uttered the words, “If I had the chance to talk to Frances face to face, I would tell her, ‘I forgive you.’ I forgive this woman. It might be selfish of me to say that because Bill is no longer here, but at the same token, I know Bill wouldn’t want her and I to be at each other’s throats.”
Bonnie added, “I know who I am. I’m a good person. I never mean no harm on anybody. She has since moved on with her life and appears to live in San Antonio, Texas. Bonnie has begun several businesses and seems to be doing well for herself. She is the CEO of Body by Biss, a health spa in San Antonio. Apart from that, she founded Malleyas Garden, Rhino Botanicals, and Biss Botanicals.”
