Life is Strange 3 True Colors: Release date, Cast, Trailer & Game Plot

Life Is Strange: 3 True Color

The Life is Strange franchise is well-known, and Life is Strange: 3 appears to be living up to the hype (official name Life is Strange: True Colors).

It’s a multi-award-winning video game series in which each instalment tells a different character’s unique, emotional storey, often with a ghostly twist.

Life is Strange 3 features a new storey and protagonist, making it an ideal starting point for new gamers. The series has come a long way since the first instalment in 2015.

Many of us were immediately attracted by Max Caulfield’s unusual and intriguing time-travelling narrative when it originally came out for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Deck Nine Games, Dontnod, and Square Enix, have been steadily growing the game since then.

After Max and Chloe’s travels in the original game, Life Is Strange 2 introduced us to a completely new group of characters and was developed by the same team (Dontnod Entertainment).

Life is Strange: 3 is the third instalment in the series, and Square Enix has welcomed the studio.

Life is Strange 3 True Colors Release Date

Life is Strange: 3 will be released on September 10, 2021, and will not be released in instalments like the previous games in the series.

Instead, on launch day, everything will be playable simultaneously, but the game will be divided into chapters to make it easier to digest.

Where To Download Life is Strange 3 True Colors Game

The game will be available for download on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Mac, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game, on the other hand, has recently been delayed.

The narrator explains, “Life is Strange: 3 is running a touch behind schedule.” The game’s Twitter account confirms this.

The team commented, “We won’t be ready until September 10, but we still plan to release this year.”

Life is Strange 3 True Colors Soundtracks

There are 3 different soundtracks for Life is Strange.

Angus and Julia Stone once again composed the soundtrack for Deck Nine’s upcoming video game Life Is Strange: 3.

The twins made their debut as a licenced track in Life is Strange, Episode 1 (in the now-iconic Chloe’s room scene), and their creation of a full body of music for Life is Strange: 3 is yet another link between the two series.

Life Is Strange will be the duo’s fifth album together, following 2017’s ‘Snow.’

Angus released his first album in nine years, ‘Smooth Big Cat,’ under the Dope Lemon moniker, in 2019. Julia’s first album in nine years, ‘Sixty Summers,’ was released in April.

The album was recorded when Angus and Julia were not focusing on their respective solo projects. The music was recorded at Angus’ farm in Colorado and Neil Finn’s studio in Auckland, among other places.

Gameplay for Life Is Strange 3 True Colors

If you want a clearer idea of how the game will play out – how Alex’s empathy powers function, how you communicate with the locals of Haven Springs, and what you really do in the game – you can watch a full 15 minutes of gameplay right now.

It’s also from the start of the game, so there aren’t any spoilers.

Alex flies to Haven Springs, Colorado, to see her brother Gabe, where her abilities allow her to sense how he is feeling.

Right at the start, there’s a huge exposition dump that describes Alex’s previous experiences with her powers (or “problems”) and sets the stage for the fresh new events that unfold as Life is Strange: True Colors begins.
