The popular anthology show THE WHITE LOTUS is back for a third season, taking viewers to the beautiful scenery of Thailand. As the new season goes on, it brings new problems, shocking turns and a wide range of deeply flawed but interesting characters. Nicholas Duvernay plays Zion, who is one of the most interesting new characters in the show. But who is Zion, and how does he fit into the tangled web of The White Lotus’ latest season?
THE WHITE LOTUS SEASON 3: WHO IS ZION? MEET BELINDA’S SON
Zion is introduced as the son of Belinda(Natasha Rothwell). Belinda is a character from Season 1 who comes back. Belinda used to work as a spa manager at the Maui resort. She is now in Thailand, where she is trying to start over. When her son Zion shows up out of the blue, her journey takes an unexpected turn. This adds tension and complexity to her story.
Zion is young, smart, and observant and he has a lot of doubts about the decisions his mother makes. He walks in at a very awkward time because his mother is already in bed with Pornchai (Dom Hetrakul a member of the resort’s staff from Thailand. Because of this sudden intrusion, Belinda has to deal with the awkward relationship between her own wants and how her son sees her. Zion is shocked but he doesn’t have time to think about this awkward meeting before he is pulled into his mother’s busy life in Thailand.
WHO IS NICHOLAS DUVERNAY?
Nicholas Duvernay plays Zion on screen. Duvernay has been in a number of TV shows and movies, which has helped him build his career slowly but surely. In The White Lotus, he plays a character who has to deal with family problems in a place full of chaos and mystery, which brings him a lot of attention.
Nicholas Duvernay was born and raised in the United States. He became interested in acting at a young age. People don’t know much about his early life, but his performances have shown how dedicated he is to his craft.
