‘The Guardians of Justice,’ created by Adi Shankar and set in his “bootleg” universe, is an exhilarating and ambitious superhero series that entices spectators with retro video game sequences, comic-like dynamics, a Batman-spoof anti-hero, and 8-bit fun.
The storey begins with the alien superhero Marvelous Man’s self-destruction, which leads the titular guardians on a path of discovery. With Knight Hawk at the helm, the heroes are confronted with dreadful mysteries both outside and within themselves.
The series has an intellectual pace, distinctive storytelling, and a quirky charm thanks to the mix of live-action and retro animation. Following the tense finale, you might be wondering if a second season is in the works.

Netflix ‘The Guardians of Justice’ Season 2 Release Date
Season 1 of ‘The Guardians of Justice‘ aired on Netflix in its entirety on March 1, 2022. The first season contains seven episodes that range in length from 21 to 36 minutes each. Let’s dig a little more into the reflective world to see if a second season is possible.
After all, we don’t rule out the possibility of a second season. Despite the fact that Netflix takes a few months to release detailed viewership figures, the early reviews have been very promising.
The kitschy charm and eccentric animation proved to appeal to the crowd, which may provide Netflix with the motivation to continue with a second season. Furthermore, the open-ended finale keeps viewers hoping for a second season.
If the season is renewed by June 2022, the second season of ‘The Guardians of Justice’ could premiere in summer 2023 or later.
Who Could Join the Cast of The Guardians of Justice Season 2?
Almost all of the primary cast members whose characters are still alive at the end of the first season are likely to return in the sequel.
Dallas Page could reprise his role as Atticus Payne/Knight Hawk, with Jane Seymour as Golden Goddess and Derek Mears as Awesome Man, in the upcoming film.
- Christopher Judge (President Nukem),
- Denise Richards (Laura Louis, Marvelous Man’s wife),
- Andy Milonakis (Phil Hart)
We might also see a few new faces, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
What Could the Plot of The Guardians of Justice Season 2 Be About?
The first season comes to a dramatic conclusion. After Mind Master’s revelation about Marvelous Man’s death, Atticus Payne takes over as the Guardians’ formal leader.
He raises a private army in the hopes of defeating Galacron, the galactic titan who devoured Marvelous Man’s home planet of Caltron. When Speed doubts Knight Hawk’s authority, he is forced to quiet her.
Little Wing transforms into Awesome Man with a mind-boggling reveal. Awesome Man continues to take Speed off the board as per Knight Hawk’s orders. After Speed’s death, Knight Hawk orders Awesome Man to erect a statue in her honour.
While Knight Hawk is consumed by Galacron’s paranoia, the world avoids a fourth world war. Knight Hawk, on the other hand, is haunted by Speed’s memory.
The prospective second season might pick up right after the first season’s violent and gritty finale. The crowd wonders when Galacron will pay a visit to planet Earth. This single question provides enough material for a possible second season.
“The Guardians of Justice” on Netflix is a mixture of Watchmen + Sin city + The Boys + Invincible + Scott Pilgrim 🤪 Crazy series by Adi Shankar who took one of my favourite fan fiction short film for “The Punisher”https://t.co/QsQOVZA4ad

We’ll also see if the author invents a new generation of superheroes to take on Knight Hawk and his army, the dictatorial anti-hero.
The heroes avert the menace of the Anubis in this season, but they could return in a possible second season.
Furthermore, a prospective second season might provide an update on the Guardians who survived the first season – Golden Goddess, Awesome Man, and others.
For the time being, Awesome Man appears to be quite obedient. But, as he remembers Speed’s death, will he develop a grudge towards Knight Hawk? If there is a second season, there will be plenty to explore.
