‘WeCrashed‘ is a biographical drama series about the workspace-sharing firm WeWork as well as the primary couple whose relationship arguably shaped the company’s early years.
In the episode, entrepreneur Adam Neumann (Jared Leto) and actress turned yoga trainer Rebekah (Anne Hathaway) start a relationship, with the latter boosting the former’s confidence as he tries to develop the next great firm.
Given how much of the Apple TV+ show is based on true events, it’s fascinating to discover where some of the characters’ real-life counterparts are. Who better than the pair at the centre of it all to investigate?
Let’s see if Adam Neumann and Rebekah Neumann are still dating.
Is ‘Adam Neumann’ And ‘Rebekah Neumann’ Still Together?
Rebekah met Adam in 2007 through a mutual friend, and their initial encounter was said to be rather emotional. Rebekah pointed out that everything that came out of Adam’s mouth was phoney within minutes of first meeting him.
The WeWork co-founder stated at a commencement address he gave at Barch College in New York (where Adam himself studied).
Of course, things appear to have improved between the two after that, since Adam and Rebekah married in 2008. Rebekah’s parents donated the couple $1 million as a wedding gift, which was used to fund WeWork’s initial site.
She was later recognised as the company’s third co-founder (in addition to Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey).

Following the financial collapse of WeWork in 2019, Adam and Rebekah relocated to Tel Aviv, Israel. The couple received approximately $1.7 billion as a result of the former’s withdrawal from WeWork, and the Neumanns returned to the United States in May 2020.
The couple has apparently sold three of their six residences since leaving WeWork, including a California estate, a Westchester mansion, and a Hamptons farmhouse.
In terms of their romance, all indications indicate that Adam and Rebekah are still going strong. They currently appear to live with their five children in the Hamptons community of Amagansett, near to an estate owned by Rebekah’s cousin Gwyneth Paltrow, according to a June 2021 feature.
Adam claims to be working on developing a “whole new property empire” while also focusing on launching start-ups and supporting other businesses. The couple appears to be plotting their next move in the business world.
He bought $17 million in retail property in Miami in January 2022, ostensibly to this end. There’s talk that he’ll start working on a residential version of WeWork, which intends to provide shared lodging services.
Meanwhile, soon after their return to the United States, Rebekah returned to WeGrow, WeWork’s educational arm, and purchased its curriculum.
The elementary school, which had roughly 100 pupils when it was closed, was reportedly set to reopen as Student of Life For Life, or SOLFL (pronounced “soulful”), with a new name. However, no major further development of the project has been reported as of yet.
