In 4 ABY, however, he appears to have died after falling into a Sarlacc pit. Boba Fett became one of the most beloved characters in the entire ‘Star Wars‘ saga despite his small presence in the original trilogy.
As a result, Disney, the new proprietors of the IP, decided to bring him back.
Boba resolves to return to the Sarlacc pit in episode 4, titled “Chapter 4: The Gathering Storm.”
Everything you need to know about it is right here.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD.
What Is The Reason Behind Boba’s Return to the Sarlacc Pit?
The Sarlacc pit, located in the Great Pit of Carkoon in the Dune Sea of Tatooine, was home to possibly Jabba, the Hutt’s most fearsome creature.
After Han Solo mistakenly damaged Boba’s jetpack, he fell into the hole. The audience is finally offered an overview for how Boba Fett lived inside one of the Sarlacc’s bellies in the premiere episode of ‘The Book of Boba Fett.’
He lost consciousness after falling inside. When he awoke, he used his ZX tiny flame projector to burn his way out of the creature’s guts.
However, after he got to the surface, he passed out again. Following that, a group of Jawas attacked him and snatched the armour.

A clan of Tusken Raiders later discovered him and saved his life by taking him in.
In episode 4, Boba learns that the tribe has been killed by the Nikto Sand Riders & vows to avenge them.
In the desert, he tracks down skilled assassin Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) and saves her life. He then returns to his spacecraft, the Slave I, and uses it to destroy the Sand Riders.
Boba returns to the pit, mistakingly believing that the Beskar armour he inherited from Jango Fett is still present. He sails into the Sarlacc with his ship.
The beast, on the other hand, attacks the ship. Fennec eventually kills the Sarlacc with one of Slave I’s seismic charges.
Boba later examines the now-dead beast for his armour, but it is nowhere to be found.
How Did Boba Get Back His Armours?
In season 1 episode 5, titled ‘Chapter 5: The Gunslinger,’ Boba makes his debut appearance in ‘The Mandalorian.’
Fennec is discovered by a figure dressed in a cloak and black boots near the end of the episode. This is eventually discovered to be Boba.
The Mandalorian Din Djarin reveals that Cobb Vanth, the marshal of the Tatooine village of Mos Pelgo, has Beskar armour in season 2 episode 1, titled ‘Chapter 9: The Marshal.’
Vanth later gives it to Djarin in exchange for his assistance in slaying a krayt dragon.
Meanwhile, Boba is still following him. In season 2 episode 6, titled ‘Chapter 14: The Tragedy,’ he approaches the Mandalorian in Tython and demands for his armour.
Djarin believes Boba wants his (Djarin’s) armour at first, but Boba makes it plain that he wants the armour that was originally Jango’s.

He pledges that in exchange, he will ensure Grogu’s safety. Boba and Fennec uphold their promises to the Mandalorian and assist him in retrieving the force-sensitive child.
When a squad of Stormtroopers attacks, Boba reclaims his armour and dispatches the adversary in a flash. Grogu, on the other hand, is kidnapped by Moff Gideon’s black troops.
