But, as proven by ‘L’Agence,’ or for us, ‘The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties,’ when France’s charm, elegance, and range are added to the equation, it takes things to a whole new level.
After all, the Kretz family is the focus of the show as they negotiate every facet of their life while also serving as vital members of their family-run, independent real estate office.
Let’s find out everything there is to know about a possible, similarly exciting follow-up part now that we’ve seen exactly how Kretz & Partners functions and evolves – thanks to seasons 1 and 2 – shall we?
Release Date for Season 3 of The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties
Season 2 of ‘The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties’ debuted on Netflix on January 13, 2022, over seven months after the original premiered on the platform on June 23, 2021.
It did, however, follow the schedule of the first season’s first broadcast run (in France and Monaco in fall 2020), airing six episodes ranging from 51 to 66 minutes each over three weeks.
While the first two episodes broadcast on the above-mentioned date, the following two aired on January 20, leaving episodes 5 and 6 to wrap up the series on January 27, 2022.
Season 3 has yet to be announced by either the show’s creators or Netflix officials, but we may remain hopeful that it will return to our screens.
That’s because one of the deciding elements in whether or not a series gets renewed for a second season is its commercial success, and the one in question has received a resounding positive response from viewers.
Plus, there’s such a tremendous demand for true reality drama right now that the streamer may have no choice but to let ‘L’Agence’ settle into its library (all pun intended).
As a result, if everything continues to go well and factors such as production and expansion potential match, we might receive the follow-up we’re expecting for next year.
Taking into account the time-consuming curating, filming, and editing process, we anticipate the 3rd season of ‘The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties‘ to premiere in the First quarter of 2023.
The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties Season 3 Expected Cast
Because ‘The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties’ has followed the Kretz family from the beginning, they will be the main cast members in season 3 if it is renewed.
Olivier and Sandrine Kretz, the couple who founded the Kretz & Partners real estate office, their four kids (together with their individual partners), and Sandrine’s immensely devoted mother, Majo, are among them.
Since Olivier and Sandrine’s youngest son, Raphael Kretz, has graduated from high school, he may play a much larger role with his brothers, Martin, Valentin, and Louis.
Eve, Charina, and Adriana’s partners, as well as new associate Jeanne, are scheduled to return in season 3.
