Batwoman,’ a superhero series created by Caroline Dries for the television network The CW, is situated in the DC comics universe of Arrowverse.

In the absence of her cousin and vigilante tycoon Bruce Wayne, Katherine Kane, AKA Kate Kane, dons the suit of the titular Batwoman in the first season.

The second season, on the other hand, introduces the figure of former criminal Ryan Wilder, who dons the costume to keep Gotham City out of danger.

As Mary (Nicole Kang) prepares to finally graduate from medical school, she feels the absence of her family more than ever. But when an Alice admirer stumbles upon one of the missing Bat Trophies, Gotham and the Bat Team get mixed up in the madness, culminating in a shockingly gruesome graduation… and an equally shocking new partnership. The plot is poised to spin out of control and enthral viewers from the very first minutes in the season three premiere, aptly dubbed ‘Mad as a Hatter.’

The character of Luke Fox, a.k.a. Batwing, is introduced towards the end of the second season, and he is here to stay.

Batwoman will continue her war against the criminal underworld of Gotham City.

In addition, Dougray Scott will not return for the third season. His onscreen character Jacob Kane is jailed for assisting Alice in the 16th episode of the second season.

Victoria Cartagena has joined the cast, which is quite exciting.

She will reprise her role as Renee Montoya from Fox’s original ‘Gotham,’ albeit there is no direct continuity between the two shows.

Robin Givens of ‘Riverdale’ fame will play Jada Jet, the ambitious showrunner of Jet Industries.

Marquis, Jada’s carefree and wild kid, will be played by Nick Creegan. Poison Ivy will be played by Bridget Regan, and the Mad Hatter will be played by Amitai Marmorstein.
