‘Killing Eve,’ based on Luke Jennings‘ bestselling ‘Villanelle‘ novel series, is an epic thriller series that depicts a quasi-romantic cat-and-mouse hunt.
Villanelle, a merciless assassin with a volatile mind, is on the run, and Eve, a former MI6 agent and living encyclopaedia on female assassins, is chasing her.
The Twelve, a covert group that appears to employ only female assassins, remains a shadow presence in the story’s background.
With the story’s intricate framework removed, the series has a gender-bending spirit and a brilliant cast that adds to its appeal.
Veteran assassin Dasha and MI6 supervisor Paul die in the third season finale, but Konstantin walks away in full bloom. After the romantic and bluesy ending, you might want to start looking for the fourth and final season.
We’ll get to the spoilers and hypotheses as season 4 approaches, but first, let’s see how and when you can watch the season 4 debut on TV.

Spoilers for the first episode of Season 4 of Killing Eve
Eve will visit Konstantine, Villanelle’s previous handler, in the opening episode of the fourth season, titled ‘Just Dunk Me.’
If you recall, the previous season’s conclusion ended with Villanelle and Eve turning around to see each other in a very funny moment. Since Eve sees a coworker, romance is unlikely to blossom. Villanelle, on the other hand, has been living with a vicar and his daughter.
She may seek salvation after destroying her family’s home, though she does not hold out much hope in God.
You know them. You love them. And now, they're back.

Villanelle will make an effort to better herself while keeping the facts about her tragic background hidden from her current associates. Meanwhile, Eve will be busy on a bulletin board connecting the dots concerning The Twelve.
Carolyn, who left MI6 and now works as a cultural ambassador in Mallorca, will sympathise with Eve’s quest. The plotlines will remain as intricate as in previous seasons, but Villanelle’s deception will no longer be as shocking.
Villanelle may partner up with Eve to return to her former employers if the Twelve remain elusive. The second episode, titled ‘Don’t Get Eaten,’ will air after the season premiere.
