Recap of Bull Season 6 Episode 8
In the eighth episode, titled ‘Snowed In,’ a woman named Clara discovers her client, a tennis star named Dasha, dead in her hotel room, and she is immediately framed.
Bull receives the case and interrogates Clara. Her supervisor, Lance, allegedly compelled her to transport cocaine to Dasha’s room, and the stash may have contained fentanyl.
Bull’s crew is now willing to investigate Lance to see if he is guilty.
Danny interrogates Lance’s former assistant, who directs him to a recovery facility. When Lance enters the stand, Chunk mentions the same treatment facility where Dasha was admitted before being yanked out prematurely to star in a commercial.
A video of Clara sniffing cocaine is released by the D.A., who also happens to be Chunk’s old school enemy. Danny confronts the drug dealer, who claims to have sold the cocaine to Clara through Lance.
The dealer claims that his narcotics contained no fentanyl. Danny then notices a tennis player pleading with the D.A. to go.
When they find he was in the room with Dasha when she died, that tennis player becomes a witness. She had a prescription for fentanyl, according to his testimony at the trial.
Clara is found guilty of possession but not of manslaughter by the jury. Chunk then goes out for a drink with the DA, making amends with him in the process.
