ABC has published the “Measure Of Intelligence” promo for Season 5 of the Good Doctor. In the upcoming season, Salen (Rachel Bay Jones) takes over the reins without consulting the doctors.
After learning the truth about Salen Morrison’s (Rachel Bay Jones) identity, Shaun will find it difficult to win over his new boss. As things worsen, Lea is concerned about Shaun.
Shaun (Freddie Highmore) is having trouble adjusting to his new situation and will require the assistance of Lea (Paige Spara) and his buddies. In addition, as Shaun and Salen’s dispute continues in the new episode, Dr. Murphy’s life is becoming increasingly difficult.
He’ll tell her she’s incorrect right away. This may be a continuation of Dr. Jackson Han’s (Daniel Dae Kim) hesitation to accept Shaun as a team member, but it’s intriguing anyway.
Glassman will have to take on a new role at the university. Shaun has trouble sleeping in the trailer, and Lea confesses that he struggles with change.
After that, Lea informs Glassman of Shaun’s sickness. Shaun is concerned about a new fiancee and a new boss, according to Glassman, and this isn’t helping. Shaun tells Salen that he has ASD, and Salen tells her that she made a mistake by making decisions without discussing them.
It’ll be interesting to see if Shaun and the doctors can finally stand up to Salen. Audrey Lim, Chief of Surgery, is played by Christina Chang, who spoke with Postmedia News about her time on the show.

Season 5 Episode 2 of The Good Doctor focuses on changes within the hospital. The new hospital owner, Salen, wants the doctors to treat their patients like customers who must be satisfied.
To that end, she wants patients to fill out surveys on a regular basis, be quickly dismissed, and receive what they want. Her ideas irritate everyone, notably Park and Andrews.
Meanwhile, Park and Morgan are dealing with a patient who is in jail for the death of her baby, despite the fact that she maintains she did not commit the crime and is now expecting another child.
Morgan disagrees with Park’s assessment of the woman’s guilt. Park is allegedly completing the tests on the infant because he refuses to listen to Salen and re-arrest her, according to her. Morgan suspects Abby poisoned the baby after breastfeeding her, but Park disagrees.
Another patient, a young woman with Stage 4 cancer, refuses to believe that she is dying and that her birth mother is still alive in her life.
