Spoilers for Blue Bloods Season 12 Episode 2

The conflict between Mayor Chase and Frank will reach new heights in the second episode, titled “Times Like These.”

When Frank makes a call to arrest someone in public, the climax is still to come. Chase had made a solo announcement during his recent arrest; thus this may be Frank’s retaliation.

Furthermore, the forthcoming arrest will likely go viral, adding fuel to the fire. Meanwhile, Danny and Baez will investigate a gang attack that is threatening to harm our favourite characters.

Finally, Eddie’s secret encounters with someone about whom she refuses to speak would drive Jamie insane.

Recap of the first episode of Season 12 of Blue Bloods

The first episode of season 12 of ‘Blue Bloods’ is titled ‘Hate is Hate.’ It follows Frank and his detective son Danny as they take on the investigation into a terrifying sequence of kidnappings.

Danny and his partner, Detective Maria Baez, are investigating a five-year-death old’s during a neighbourhood gathering.

Mayor Chase, who has scooped out big parts of the city’s budget in favour of new policies, gets into a fight with Frank.

In the case of a bus shooting, Chase chooses to broadcast the killer’s arrest to the entire world.

Erin, on the other hand, reopens an old homicide case in which her boss was a witness. Sandra is arrested for murder when Kimberley makes a statement.

Furthermore, Witten is charged with civil assault after a video shows her pointing a gun at an unarmed individual.

However, the truth is that the claimed guy had hit the police officer in the head, resulting in the unpleasant reaction.

When Witten’s partner Eddie is called in for interrogation, she tries everything she can to protect him, but it’s in vain.

Danny’s investigation leads him to Maggie, a clairvoyant who advises them to hunt for the victim’s father, who could be a suspect.

When the biological father of the late five-year-old boy identifies himself as the killer, Maggie’s comments ring true. Baez, on the other hand, is sceptical of her partner’s visit to Maggie, who then tells Danny to relax.

He also acknowledges that his job has taken a toll on his mental health, so Maggie invites him to sing with her at a karaoke bar. He initially declines her offer but eventually joins her at the bar.
