Severance season 2: Is Helly actually Helena Eagan?

Yes, Helly is actually Helena Eagan—a member of the powerful Eagan family who runs Lumon Industries. This big reveal in Severance Season 2 Episode 4 proves that Helly R. (the innie) and Helena (the outie) are not really two different people. Helena had been tricking people around her by pretending to be her own innie after going back to the severed floor.

During the fight with Irving and Milchick, Helena talked about the Glasgow block, which was a mental wall that kept her from showing who she really was and let her act like her innie. When the block is taken away, Helena’s true self shows—showing that she is connected to the Eagan family and that they have more control over the floor that was cut.

This turn of events changes everything and makes us wonder about Helena’s goals, her power over Lumon’s operations and how much of Helly’s rebellion in Season 1 was real and how much was planned.
